There are many problem exist in current public transport review platform, such as the scattered reviews, diffcult input feature. Our project aim to improve the pulbic transport review process by creating a new application with the below objectives.
Objective of Our Project
Facilitate review submission
The application allows users to input details such as transport type, route number, rating, and comments.
Streamline the review process
The automatic input features like OCR and location tracking is provided in the application for data input such as location and license plates.
Enable interaction in application
Users can view and comment on reviews posted by others for in-depth discussions.
Offer a review summary page
AI will generate the review summary for the rating, review and comments for each tranportaion services.
Assist users in selecting public transport services
The reviews and comments can help user in selecting the public transport services.
Support service improvement of service providers
The transport service providers can enhance their service quality based on customer feedback.
